Well, here we are again another week, another challenge. I'm so happy that this challenge was offered in the middle of the week instead of the weekend. This was such a difficult color combination for me. I just didn't know where to go with it, but I figured something out. Take a look....Really gorgeous colors.
Here is my card:
Stamp Set: Stampin Up - Kind Thoughts. Sentiment: Fresh Cuts. Accessories - 5/8" Regal Rose Grosgrain Ribbon and Liquid Pearls.
Here are a couple of other cards that I was going to make for my Convention swap but after thinking about it for awhile, I don't know if I want to take the chance that the "Bloomin' Beautiful" set would be retiring. It would be alot of work (to make 100 or so) and then find out the set would be gone in the 2008-2009 Fall/Winter Catalog. So enjoy anyway.
Stamp Set: Bloomin' Beautiful. Cardstock: Sahara Sand, Bashful Blue, Black and Whisper White. The image was stamped with Stazon (black). "Spotlighting" was colored with SU Markers - Bashful Blue, Lovely Lavendar, Mellow Moss and Old Olive. Silver Brads from SU and paper piercing around the edges. Bashful Blue marker was used on the word "Bloom"
And this is the other card that I made and wasn't really set on it, but I thought it was cute and "Blog Worthy"
Stamp Set: SU - Full Of Life and Simply Said. Paper: Only Orange, Whisper White and Pink Passion. The flowers were stamped with Certainly Celery and colored with SU Markers: Pink Passion, Yo Yo Yellow and Only Orange. Black and White Gingham Ribbon from Stampin Up.
